As a dreamer, I’ve always looked to live beyond the bounds of rules. I feel free up in the sky. Yet, as an answer seeker, I have a hard time accepting things at face value. I want to know why and how something works.

Enter research! Here are many of the peer-reviewed journals, articles, and books I’ve read to create this website and its posts. I’ve perused many of these sources during my career as a recreational therapist (why I am a CTRS, thank you for asking! In fact, I’m a CCLS too.).
